Service Agreement

By subscribing to the service the user designated in the sign up form is entering into a service agreement with, LLC according to the following terms. This is an agreement between you and, LLC and its affiliates ( “we” or “us”) for the use of services (the “Service”) and any relate services purchased from us. It is specifically understood and agreed that the purchaser shall be using this service solely for lawful and appropriate purposes and the purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless from any and all claims arising out of or concerning purchaser’s use in any manner of the services provided herein. In the event that is brought into any action arising from or concerning purchaser’s activities, purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold 1800homehotline and its officers from all arbitration, court and attorney’s costs and fees.
You acknowledge that you are of legal age, have received a copy of the Agreement and have read and clearly understand the terms of the Agreement and, if activating on behalf of a corporation or other entity, are fully authorized to legally bind such entity. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all charges incurred by any person you authorize to access your account, or to use your Unit or the Service.
Service and billing begins the day the Service Agreement is signed. You will pay the charges as may be applicable to your account and as billed to you by By opening an account with, you authorize to automatically charge, on a monthly basis, your credit card account which is on file from the signup form and you agree to pay those charges as billed whether the service is used or not. If there are issues or questions about your charges, will work with you in good faith to answer your questions or resolve any
billing issues. You agree to pay for the use of the Services on your account even if such use was not authorized by you. You understand that 1800homehotline may suspend or terminate services if payment is not made when due. If the Services are suspended or terminated for your nonpayment, may charge you a re-instatement fee to resume service. Once the service is terminated your toll-free line(s) and password(s) will no longer be active and will not be liable for any advertisements or marketing costs incurred by you from such toll-free numbers. Account cancellation requests must be made in writing only by either email or postal mail.  All requests must include the username of the account, the toll-free number assigned to the account and the requested cancellation date. Requests for cancellation will not be pro-rated.  Email requests should be sent to [email protected] or via postal mail to 2620 S. Maryland Pkwy Suite 1004, Las Vegas, NV 89109.  Allow 30 days for cancellation requests sent via postal mail and 5 business days for email cancellations.
Calls inbound to the system are those made by callers to the user’s toll-free number. Outbound calls are those made from the system to the user as either a ‘voice recorder’ call or a HotLeadtm
